How to become a character

For a roleplay, we'll need characters, right?
And a movie roleplay, we'll need to fill in their characters, so here is how you do it!

Go to the ooc of the movie of which you wish to roleplay, then fill out this form:
(erase all .s)

[b]Character (you're applying for): [/.b]
[b]OC (the character you wish to use-if Pokemon, use a Pokemon): [/.b]
[b]Why should you be the character?: [/.b]

After this is filled out, the council, Loti, and I will decided whether you can have this character or not (:
