Except for Abra dude, 'cause he's not yet created, but if Blaze is fine, can he be in Bulbasaur?

Nice classification, Panda. Very nice. So, beating all eight Gyms qualifies someone to be in Venusaur, am I right?
Oh, as for my other two Trainers, I don't think either of them would be in ITA.
